Art.1: Registration conditions:

Any registration for a surfing or bodyboarding course in our Bordeaux Surf School structure is made on our structure's website via an online registration form. The online registration form must be duly completed by the parents or legal guardian if it is a minor, or by the person concerned if it is an adult with acceptance of the T&Cs. A deposit of 100% of the total amount will be requested to validate the reservation. Payment for the service can be made by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer directly on the Bordeaux Surf School website. The reservation will be effective upon receipt of payment.

 

Art.2: Conditions for participation in services

By signing the general conditions of sale, I have read the entire general conditions of sale and accept them.

Art. 3: Registration of a minor child:

By registering a minor child in our surf school, you certify that you are their legal guardian and authorize them to participate in a surf or bodyboard course at our surf school and declare that the child is in good health and fit to practice. water sports. Art. 4: Cancellation of classes:

In the interest of safety and quality, in the event of bad weather conditions (too strong seas, storms, lack of waves, etc.), the courses which cannot be carried out as part of the contracted service will, in agreement with the students:

– Postponed to a later date subject to school schedules and student availability

– Transformed into a valid credit in our surf school

– Reimbursed as a last resort.

Bordeaux surf school offers group lessons for 3 to 8 people. If only 2 people are registered for a group lesson, Bordeaux surf school reserves the right to cancel by giving notice no later than 8 hours before the lesson.

Repayment Terms :

In case of school cancellation:

– Bordeaux Surf School will contact you to re-schedule your lesson

– The school will offer you a refund of the entire course

In the event of cancellation by students:

– We will accept course cancellations for medical reasons, only upon presentation of your medical certificate.

– In all other cases, we will not refund courses canceled without any valid medical reason.

– If the student wishes to postpone his lesson, the surf school reserves the right to accept or refuse. No refunds will be made.

Art. 5: Responsibility:

Students are taken care of by Bordeaux Surf School and therefore under the responsibility of the educators during the lesson times defined and communicated in advance by sending a confirmation email.

Students are again under the responsibility of their parents or guardians at the end of the chosen course time slot. The civil liability of Bordeaux Surf School ceases outside this framework.

Parents have an obligation to ensure that lessons take place before leaving their child at Bordeaux Surf School. Each registered person is responsible for the equipment in the event of loss or theft. Participants must benefit from ae individual accident insurance and individual repatriation insurance.

 

Student transportation:

The surf school undertakes to ensure transport in compliance with current regulations:

– Drivers holding the necessary license

– Vehicle insurance coverage

– Clean vehicle in good condition (mandatory servicing)

Bordeaux Surf School declines all responsibility in the event of damage, loss or theft of your personal effects within the establishment. We advise you not to bring valuable items.

Students must keep their seat belts fastened during the entire journey.

Art. 6: Insurance:

Participants must have individual accident insurance.

Art. 7: Image rights:

By registering, you authorize the Bordeaux Surf School to use the photos and/or films of your image taken during your service (surf or bodyboard lessons), for the production of all advertising documents on several media (written, electronic , audio visual, social networks, etc.) and this, without financial compensation.

Art. 8: Commitments:

Bordeaux Surf School undertakes to limit the number of students to a maximum of 8 per instructor.
