1. Your course departing from Bordeaux
Votre cours de surf ou bodysurf comprend le trajet aller/retour depuis Bordeaux vers un des meilleurs spots de Lacanau ou Le Porge. Le point de rendez-vous facile d’accès se situe à Eysines proche de l’arrêt de TRAM 🚊 « Les Sources ».
2. A half-day experience
We offer you much more than just a lesson, a real surf trip.
A half-day of 5 hours, in the morning or afternoon, including the return trip to Bordeaux: 2h30 are dedicated to surfing with your instructor who accompanies you in the ocean.
3. Set off on an adventure in a Surf Van
Hop on board the Surf Van, with 9 seats, the perfect symbol of adventure and freedom! You’ll dive straight into the surf world, accompanied by a sunny playlist! Enjoy the ride as you get to know your instructor and fellow surfers. And off we go on the surf trip!
4. Head towards a less crowded spot.
You will head to a less crowded spot in Lacanau or Le Porge to learn to surf in peace and tranquility! Once you arrive, wetsuits and boards will be provided for you to change into. Ocean analysis and many other tips will follow, before you jump into the water for an unforgettable session!

We welcome everyone: from the youngest (from 6 years old) to the oldest and from beginner to advanced level.
Your instructor, who is also a lifeguard, will guarantee your safety and give you advice to speed up your progress and make you independent! Always with encouragement, you will be guided throughout the day in a fun atmosphere.

Group surf lessons
Book your surf lesson, available for all levels, starting from beginner, in the morning and/or afternoon. Each session lasts 5 hours, including the round-trip journey from Bordeaux and 2.5 hours of surf instruction.
Surf course of 3 or 5 lessons
Book a 3 or 5 course package. A course corresponds to half a day with the round trip from Bordeaux and 2.5 hours of surfing. The ideal formula for learning the basics of surfing and catching waves at the peak!
Private surf lessons
Your private lessons for all levels, from beginner to expert! Private lessons are given in the morning or afternoon. Each slot lasts 5 hours including the round trip from Bordeaux and 2.5 hours of surfing.

Of course, Bordeaux Surf school offers surf lessons for all levels from beginner!
Your surf instructor will do everything possible to support you in learning how to surf by offering you suitable equipment in good condition. A surfboard adapted to the waves and your level, a wetsuit adapted to the water temperature, a leash and wax.
Each session begins with an observation of the ocean, then a warm-up before surfing, the first paddle in surfing and the first take offs on your beginner surfboard. The advice given is specific to the level of each student (from beginner to expert).
Yes, we offer surf sessions with family or friends in which we welcome people of different levels. We adapt to give you instructions that are best suited to each of you: learning with Bordeaux surf school means learning with a smile!
It all depends on your desires. The group lessons are very friendly and allow for group emulation. The surf instructor is no less present since he takes into consideration the individualities of each student. Private lessons are more expensive but you benefit from a supervisor just for you and ultra-personalized advice for optimal progress.
The surf session lasts half a day (5 hours), including 2.5 hours of surf lessons. You can choose to go in the morning or afternoon on the booking form.
Your instructor will be waiting for you in the parking lot of the Eysines (

Yes, you can stay on site after your morning or evening lesson to enjoy Lacanau or Le Porge. You just need to inform your instructor on the same day
